Timothy Pope, Owner

Thanks for visiting my website.  My name is Timothy Pope.  I am the owner and inspector at Craftsman Inspections.  Born and raised in San Marcos, Texas, I have been a professional home inspector since 2004.  I love getting to help people understand the home they own or the one they want to buy.  I really enjoy exploring a house to figure out what is working, what is not, and what could be done better.

This is a family run operation.  The job roles are flexible, but I am the scheduler, inspector, report writer, and most importantly, the buyer of tools!  My wife assists with day-to-day planning, website design and marketing.  My children help out with labels and stamps for direct mailings and they also provide background noise whenever I'm on the phone with a client.  Usually, only when I'm on the phone with a client. 🙂

When I’m not exploring people's houses, you can find me spending time with my wife, Dorean, and our four daughters. (They all have "A" names.  It sounded like a good idea, but I have to say all 4 to get the one I'm trying to call!)
